Cancellations

The Supreme Motor Lodge reserves the right to impose a cancellation
fee in the event of a no show by any guests who have booked accommodation
at the Supreme Motor Lodge. ***
*** Individual Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will
be charged the first night’s accommodation fee depending
upon circumstances and at the discretion of the management.***

*** Group or Team Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival
will be charged the first night’s accommodation fee for
all cancelled rooms and the full amount of the reserved accommodation
will be payable if cancelled within 48 hours of the Group or Team
Booking’s arrival date depending upon circumstances and
at the discretion of the management. ***
Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out
time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out
is by arrangement only.
Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the
day of departure (if not already done so).
Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is
not paid on time. Groups and sports teams special conditions for
payment will be advised.
No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage
to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any
resultant loss of income if applicable.
Supreme Accommodation is a NON-SMOKING establishment. If
you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and
loss of income charges.
