Frequently Asked Questions

What is your motel check-in and check-out times?
Check in is from 2.00pm and check out is at 10.00am.

How far are you from the city centre?
We are only 5 minutes driving time from the town centre.

Do you have an on-site restaurant?
No, however there are a couple of good restaurants within easy walking distance.

Will my unit be serviced?
Your room will be serviced and cleaned daily during your entire stay.

How long before I will receive an email reply?
We endeavour to check our emails at least 3 times per day. If you have not received a reply from us within 24 hours then you may have provided us with an incorrect email address, therefore we suggest you re-submit your booking or email to us.

How do I confirm my stay?
No reservation will be accepted or guaranteed unless a valid credit card number, cardholders name and card expiry date are supplied at the time the reservation is made.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. We treat the security of our guest’s information very seriously. To ensure your security, all credit card transactions are secured by SSL, which encrypts the credit card number so as to make it unavailable to any other party. If you are concerned, download and print our booking from and fax it to us with your details.

What is your cancellation policy?
Unless advised otherwise, we require 48 hours of cancellation that applies to the full term of your reservation. If you have to cancel at short notice, or when guests fail to arrive, every endeavour will be made to re-let your booking, however if we are unsuccessful then you will be responsible for the balance owing.

How do I find out if you have a vacancy for the dates I require?
You will need to contact our reservation team via our Contact Us page. We will contact you within 24 hours to advise of availability.

How can I change or cancel my booking?
If you need to amend or cancel your existing booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Simply go to the contact us page, which provides many options for contacting us.

Is all your Palmerston North motel accommodation suitable for children?
Yes - definitely! We welcome families and pride ourselves on having a family friendly accommodation complex.
